Repair and Overhaul
The Group continues to win support contracts involving the supply of spare parts and the repair and refurbishment of military support hardware. The Group maintains six sites in Saudi Arabia for the Repair and Refurbishment of Ground Support Equipment (AGE) and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).  These locations allow the Group to provide on-site, quick turn-around services provided by highly trained and certified technicians.

Commercial Airline Support
The Group has entered into a support relationship with various commercial airlines, providing them with aircraft component support and repair sourcing, ground handling, consumables and cleaning services.  A “door-to-door” support concept was instituted which obtains product availability information on a global scale. Average product delivery time from order acceptance is well below industry standard from US based sources of supply but with the majority of orders delivered to the client within days from the order placement date. The Group was also successful in obtaining substantial cost reductions for the customer utilizing a special program which waiver nationally supported companies from tariff assessment.

Prime Vendor Support
“The Standard for the Future”

Budgets have declined drastically over the past decade. Support and infrastructure costs have required an ever-increasing share of available resources and consistently consumed more than half of most budgets. Fielded systems continue to age, while the costs of ownership escalate. The simple truth is that the more money that is spent on support, the less money is available to fund modernization and preserve capabilities. The challenge for planners of the 21st century, then, is to provide integrated support to the customer while they systematically restructures logistics support using modern technology and management principles to generate significant cost-of-ownership savings.
RGTS has become a leader in this field in the middle-east supporting several commercial establishments such as National Services Company (NAS). The majority of our work is supplying aircraft spares to the local aircraft industry. Our success in this area led to RGTS being awarded a United States Government Foreign Military Sales contract for Prime Vendor Support (PVS). Under this contract, RGTS serves as the supply chain manager for parts to be used in the depot maintenance of F-15 Weapons System. This initiative is part of a US Government strategy for integrated logistics support that uses innovative methods and best commercial practices to provide on time supply management and parts availability to assure weapon system readiness. The goal is to meet customer maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) needs quickly at discounted prices. To date, our efforts have had a huge success.
The Prime Vendor Support approach allows the attainment of the following performance objectives:
1. Forecasting the continuing needs of bench stock, spare parts and industrial hardware used in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of equipment.
2. Acquisition, inventory control and distribution of spare parts as required in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of equipment.
3. Reducing total logistics costs by applying best business practices to the procurement of items.
4. Reducing time by streamlining processes and improving supply availability to the maximum extent possible by proper management.
5. Establishing a reliable direct industry surge and sustainment capability for established items.

By implementing the Prime Vendor Support concept, RGTS can support all of your logistics support needs.
